Robert Fullick, M.D., is an assistant professor in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth. Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery, Dr. Fullick specializes in sports medicine and reconstructive shoulder surgery, including injuries and degenerative conditions of the shoulder and knee.

- Training in shoulder arthroscopy and arthroplasty. Focus on reconstructive and arthroscopic techniques including:
- Instability surgery, the Latarjet (open and arthroscopic), and rotator cuff repair.
- Reconstructive shoulder surgery including tendon transfers for irreparable rotator cuff tears, minimally invasive, suscapularis sparing total shoulder and reverse shoulder arthroplasty.
- Team Coverage for the Baltimore Ravens, Washington Nationals, Baltimore Blast, Baltimore Mariners Arena Football, Johns Hopkins University, Morgan State University, Loyola University, Goucher College, and local high schools.
- Provided and assisted with medical coverage for the 2010 NFL Combine.
- Washington Nationals Spring Training camp.
